盆菜 (Poon Choi) is a traditional Cantonese festival meal composed of many layers of different ingredients. It will be served in a large metal basin. 

盆菜 (Poon Choi) is commonly enjoyed during autumn and winter or on special festive occasions like Christmas days, New Year's Eve, New Year's day. 

盆菜 (Poon Choi) includes ingredients such as pork belly, chicken (whole), roasted duck (whole), prawn, dried Chinese mushrooms, fishballs, meat balls, chicken meat ball, squid, pigskin, beancurd, taro and Chinese white radish.
